First we want to clarify who we are not, studio Magnani is not a freelance intermediary, we do not deal with any intermediation.

Our firm is a consulting firm that provides services to customers.

What we do

We analyze the requests and needs of our Client Client, and we find with our Group of Experts the Best Solution to satisfy the Client.

How We Work

The firm works through its own network of national and international collaborators, through the web site, and through its presence on the web.

Studio Magnani works in full compliance with the international anti-money laundering legislation – Directive no. 2018/843 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018

Procedure for working with us

Once the Client Client has been registered, we set a day for a first free consultation of up to 45 minutes via the web to clarify all the points of the Consultancy.

Having verified the feasibility of a solution to the customer’s problem, we confirm the possibility of providing our consultancy service.

The Customer receives by e-mail the draft consultancy contract, the economic offer, the non-disclosure agreement of the data and of secrecy and exclusivity and all the documents necessary for the execution of the consultancy contract.

What happens next

Once all the documents have been signed for acceptance and the Consultancy contract confirmed, Studio Magnani sends the first operational report to the Client, and operates accordingly.

What can we offer the customer and his intermediaries

Studio Magnani not a broker but a direct customer of the Principal Advisor, can act as intermediaries for Escrow Agent and Trust Agent, this is because it is never in the package of fee intermediaries.
